Union Plus Student Debt Navigator 

Over the last several weeks, sweeping changes have been made that will impact student loan borrowers. Executive orders have been signed to change the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility criteria, and Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) Plan availability has changed. With so much uncertainty, it’s more important than ever for borrowers to stay in control of their student loan records and stay on top of the latest student loan policy updates.

New feature: A secure way to back up your most important student loan records.
Savi, the Union Plus Student Debt Navigator program partner, recently released a new free feature to help borrowers safely back up their important student loan documents like your Master Promissory Note, PSLF Credit Counts, and loan servicer correspondence. This simple step will protect borrowers and ensure they always have access to their information, even if it is unavailable on federal systems.
