The Transport Workers Union is calling for an investigation into NYC Deputy Mayor Randy Mastro for his role in awarding a no-bid contract to a veterinarian who has ties to anti-horse carriage advocates and a very questionable financial track record. It’s the latest dirty trick by Mastro to eliminate carriage rides in Central Park and the jobs held by TWU Local 100 Carriage Drivers.
