ZERO RAISES FOR THREE YEARS AS OF JUNE 2026
(NO RETRO UPON IMPLEMENTATION!)
- METRO is proposing 0% raises for 2024 and 2025
- Their so-called “3% raises” later do not make up for years without increases
- METRO’s current proposal would equate to ONLY 1.2% per year overall, going back to contract expiration
- Inflation has already eaten away at our wages

- METRO refuses to provide full retroactive pay
- Workers carried this system without a contract — now management wants to erase those lost wages
- They want members to settle for bonuses instead of permanent wage increases

METRO wants:
- Two PTO days instead of Paid Sick hours
