  • METRO is proposing 0% raises for 2024 and 2025
  • Their so-called “3% raises” later do not make up for years without increases
  • METRO’s current proposal would equate to ONLY 1.2% per year overall, going back to contract expiration
  • Inflation has already eaten away at our wages

  • METRO refuses to provide full retroactive pay

  • They want members to settle for bonuses instead of permanent wage increases

  • Two PTO days instead of Paid Sick hours

  • Eliminating the end-of-year bonus and implementing an attendance bonus tied to stricter conditions.
  • Reducing the duration of the 90-day sick leave to 5 days.
