Rollie Reaves

Rollie serves as the International Representative for the Transport Workers Union (TWU) Air Division and is the President of Local 567 based in Colleyville, Texas. He first took office as President of Local 567 in 2016 and has been re-elected for the consecutive terms since then.

Before assuming the Presidency, he held the positions of Treasurer/Recording Secretary starting in 2013 and Business Development Chair starting in 2010. Rollie has been a proud member of the TWU since October 1988 when he was employed by American Airlines in Fleet Service, and in 1992, he transitioned to Aircraft Maintenance at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. He has participated in Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) negotiations for the Aircraft Maintenance and Related groups starting in 2016, expressing that “his passion is and will always be ensuring the TWU membership is strongly represented.”

In addition to his professional roles, Rollie is a proud single father of three adult children and enjoys outdoor activities, having been born and raised in Texas.
