We Won the Vote – Now We Win the Future

We’d like to thank you all for trusting TWU and voting yes for union representation, recognizing that it was a major step and acknowledging the hard work of the In-House Organizing Committee. It emphasizes respect for those who voted no or did not vote, while encouraging unity moving forward.

Next steps include expanding communication by sharing a QR code so all workers can receive updates. Members will soon receive a Contract Survey to help shape bargaining priorities and a separate process to nominate and elect peers to serve on the Negotiating Team. The process will remain democratic, transparent, and member-driven as negotiations begin.

The TWU is the largest air carrier Union in the United States. We are also the largest Dispatcher Union, representing 15 carriers from coast to coast. With TWU as your representative, you will get the strongest representation at the table to negotiate better Merger and Acquisition  language, Compensation, ASAP protections and other enhancements you would like to see. You and your coworkers will also choose worker representatives to help solidify a real direct relationship. With a contract, you will finally eliminate your current “ AT-Will” status and negotiate iron clad greviance protections to protect your license and career.
