TWU and Envoy Air Reach TA for Aircraft Dispatch Group
The Transport Workers Union of America (TWU) and Envoy Air have reached a tentative agreement (TA) for the Aircraft Dispatch Group. Details of the TA will be forthcoming, as the parties finalize the documents.
The new TA provides for a six-year contract that increases wages, provides an additional holiday, longevity pay and premium overtime pay. The agreement also includes a ratification and retention bonus based on each Dispatcher’s years of service in recognition of the time spent in negotiations and to encourage retention.
“Through good faith bargaining and hard work to improve our members lives, both parties were able to reach this agreement,” said TWU Air Division Director Mike Mayes.
Once the TA is finalized, members of the group will bring the process to review and a ratification vote will take place.
