Step 1 Contact an organizer by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

Step 2 An organizer will contact you confidentially and walk you through what is involved in a union organizing drive and the level of commitment you and your coworkers will need to win a union election.

Step 3 You and your coworkers will set up an organizing committee and have union cards signed by a majority of the people in your workplace. Once a majority of your coworkers have signed union cards you then file for an election. Next, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) will set an election date. After winning your election you and your coworkers will work towards negotiating your first contract!
