Garry Drummond
 

Garry Drummond, International Vice President, Transport Workers Union of America, currently serves as the Air Transport Division Director.

Drummond joined the TWU in 1973 as a Fleet Service Clerk at JFK Airport in New York.  He served as a shop steward and was then elected as Station Chairman for Local 514, which represented workers at Nashville International Airport, BNA. Drummond also served as President of Local 590 in Nashville from 1990 to 1994.

In April, 1994 Drummond began working for the TWU International Union as a Representative.  He has worked with the American Eagle contract groups and has served on various panels for the TWU at American Airlines.

Elected as International Vice President in 2005, Drummond served as Southwest Airlines System Coordinator was responsible for TWU contract groups at Southwest Airlines: Local 555 (Ramp, Ops, Provisioning and Freight Agents) and Local 556 (Flight Attendants); and was responsible for contract negotiations between the Hertz Corporation and Local 516 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

On June 7, 2010 Drummond began serving as the Air Transport Division Director.  As ATD Director he oversees multiple contract groups for the 50,000 members of the Division.
